Do we ship worldwide?
No, currently we only ship to the mainland UK and Europe. However, Insha’Allah we will be expanding to international deliveries in the near future.
What are the delivery times?
UK Standard Delivery
Our UK Standard delivery service takes 3-5 working days to deliver.
*During the sales period delivery can take up to 5-7 working days.
We provide you with a reference number for your parcel once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Once a delivery has been attempted, if there is nobody present to sign for the parcel, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or leave a 'While You Were Out' card which will provide the relevant instructions on how you can retrieve your parcel.
This will either be a re-delivery or collection from the nearest depot.
UK Next-Day Delivery
*UK Next-day delivery is a next working day tracked service. This is providing your order is placed before noon Monday to Thursday.
Any orders placed after noon will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following working day.
Orders placed after noon on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that this does not include Public Holidays so any orders placed during these times may be delayed.

Please note that we are unable to provide a specific am or pm service and our couriers can deliver anytime between 8am and 8pm.
On the day of delivery, the courier will send you an email or text message with the date and estimated time of delivery. They may also provide you with an alternative delivery option should the specified date or time not be suitable.
Shipping prices may change when more items are added, and the price will update when checking out.
NB: Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays & Bank holidays
Please note customs delays with international deliveries – we cannot control your country’s customs and how long they take to release your item.
Once the item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered on the order. Elhaam Official will take no responsibility if an incorrect address has been entered and the buyer does not receive the item.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
1. Choose the section and view the products you are interested in to see every detail, available size, description, and price.
2. Select an item of clothing and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process the order.
3. If you would like to process your order, you can do so by either registering or checking out as a guest.
4. Choose your delivery method.
5. Select a payment method: Debit/Credit, PayPal, or Gift Card...
6. Confirm the order.
7. You will receive an email confirming your order.

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT WHAT DO I DO?
Do not worry, providing we have not yet dispatched your order we can change the address for you. Please contact customer service with your order number and the correct shipping address.
ARE OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS RESTOCKED?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT I'VE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service
